The Land Court has Friday ordered TV 2 to deliver not only raw footage from the documentary "The Black Swan" about lawyer Lise Roulund.
TV-station is also ordered to deliver SMS's and emails between the editorial team and muldvarp Amira Smajic, if they concern the lawyer.
The intervention is "entirely without precedent", says chief editor Michael Nørgaard.
TV 2 will now try to get the case brought before the Supreme Court.

In the ruling, the police's special unit, National Unit for Special Crime, NSK, is given access to all raw material and all sound recordings, where lawyer Lise Roulund from the highly viewed documentary either participates or is mentioned.
The lawyer has been charged by NSK with money laundering among other things.
Furthermore, the Land Court orders journalists to deliver text messages, recorded conversations, and emails between them and muldvarp Amira Smajic, if the communication concerns lawyer Roulund.
However, TV 2 and the company Wingman Media Aps, which is behind the documentary, are not ordered to deliver communication, "which has arisen under prior agreements of anonymity", according to the ruling.
At TV 2, chief editor Michael Nørgaard considers the ruling to be principled and very problematic - also for other media.
- The Land Court gives with this ruling the police access to journalists' closed editorial rooms, where the police absolutely have no business. We are talking about SMS's and emails between journalists and source, he states in an email.
