All eight cities hosting Green this year have sold out for this year's concerts.
This is announced by Tuborg and Muscle Foundation, who organize the concerts, in a press release.
Tickets were sold out this year on record time, the organizers further explain.
199,000 guests have bought tickets for this year's concerts. That's 4,000 more than at Green 2024.
Simon Toftgaard Jespersen, chairman of Muscle Foundation, is pleased with the great interest in this year's festival in the press release.
- We are living in a world where there is a need to create space for diversity, and that is exactly what we are trying to do with Green.
- We sell much more than music experiences. We create space for differences and hope for people with muscle disease.
The surplus from Green goes to Muscle Foundation's work with research and advice, as well as summer camps and networks for children with muscle disease.
It is the third year in a row that all tickets to all host cities have been sold out.
This year, among other things, one can expect to see Medina, Gilli and Suspekt, as well as a number of other artists.
This year's festival has broken three of its own records. It concerns historically early sold-out concerts, a record audience of 199,000 guests, and a new record for ticket sales in the first day, where 175,050 tickets were sold.
This year's concerts take place from July 17 to July 27.
The eight host cities are Tårnby, Kolding, Aarhus, Aalborg, Esbjerg, Odense, Næstved and Valby.
If one still wishes to participate in one of this year's concerts, Tuborg and Muscle Foundation encourage potential guests to use the official platform for ticket resale on Green's website.
The first official Green was held in 1983 by Muscle Foundation and Tuborg.
