Up to and including Sunday 18 October, travelers with DSB can expect longer travel times than normal between Odense and Fredericia.
DSB states this on its website Monday afternoon.
It also says that all regional trains on the route have been replaced by train buses.
International trains as well as Intercity-Lyn and Intercity services run as normal, but will operate at reduced speed on parts of the route.
The delays are due to a fire that broke out on Friday in a signal hut near the West Funen station town of Aarup.
A signal hut is a small technical building along the railway that contains electronics and equipment for the railway's signalling system.

The incident has caused signal faults on the railway line between Middelfart and Odense and therefore leads to major disruptions in train traffic on Funen and across the country.
In addition, train services between Odense and Fredericia were completely suspended in both directions early Monday morning.
This was due to a tree having fallen over an overhead power line on West Funen, Funen Police reported.
Around 06:00 Monday morning, train services for Intercity-Lyn and Intercity between parts of the country resumed.
Regional trains on West Funen, however, are still replaced by train buses due to Friday's fire near Aarup.
